We're looking for an excellent Technology Governance & Compliance Manager to support Revolut Bank in Europe to manage its tech in the best way possible. Someone with an analytical mind and a passion for risk and controls management, services, and compliance management 💘

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating internal and external audit activities for the Technology department, including remediation plans and improvement programmes
- Identifying potential gaps in policies, processes, risk and controls management, service quality, and compliance by thoroughly investigating supporting evidence
- Overseeing and governing Technology department processes and procedures as the process owner to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, timely updates, and alignment with Group policies
- Monitoring and evaluating the standard of Technology services provided by both internal and external providers by analysing data on their delivery of services
- Assisting with internal and external technology audits by collecting and providing relevant data and information to regulators
- Supporting the Technology incident and release management processes, ensuring infrastructure resilience and effective governance
- Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the Bank’s forums, committees, and management bodies to monitor and improve quality of services and controls
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in technology risk management within financial or IT services, or a consultancy serving those industries
- Fundamental knowledge of technology, governance, risk management, and compliance management
- An understanding of technology controls across all domains and how the controls operate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to have
- Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €6,100 - €6,500 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
