The Revolut POS is a digital solution — to set it up, you’ll need the following hardware:
Devices
The app is compatible with:
- iPhones running iOS 13 and later
- iPads running iPadOS 13.0 or newer
- Macs running macOS 11.0 or later with an Apple M1 chip or newer
Payment processing hardware
You can process payments using:
- Tap to Pay on iPhone — start accepting contactless payments in seconds, directly on your iPhone
- Revolut Reader — for chip and PIN, as well as contactless payments
- Revolut Terminal — our most advanced payment device, capable of printing receipts and more
Product availability varies per market. Fees apply.
Receipt printers
The POS integrates with leading receipt printers. We recommend:
- Star printers (specifically the Star TSP 100 III)
- Epson printers (specifically the Epson TM-m30III)
- Our Revolut Terminal
You can also use compatible cash drawers to store cash.
Get started with Revolut POS by signing up online or downloading the iOS app. Then complete your setup by:
- Adding your products manually, or importing them using our bulk import feature
- Setting up your grid layout
- Adding your floor plan, if applicable
- Applying and setting up an active Revolut Business Merchant account to accept payments
- Ordering a Revolut Reader or Terminal, or setting up Tap to Pay on iPhone to accept payments
Product availability varies by market.
Your POS will use the same language as your device. We support 10+ languages.
The Revolut POS app comes at no additional cost with your Revolut Business account.
The Revolut POS app is compatible only with Revolut payment hardware devices, like the Revolut Reader, Revolut Terminal, or Tap to Pay on iPhone.
