MiCAR Disclosure
Revolut Digital Assets Europe Ltd ("RDAEL") currently offers cryptoasset services to Italian customers through its Italian branch which is registered with the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori as a Virtual Asset Service Provider under registration number PSV89.
RDAEL is also registered in Cyprus with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, as a Crypto Asset Service Provider under registration number 001/22. To comply with the regulatory requirements outlined in Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets ("MiCAR"), RDAEL has submitted an application to CySEC to obtain a Crypto Asset Service Provider license in Cyprus, through which RDAEL will continue providing cryptoasset services to customers in Italy on a cross border basis
