About the risks
Investing in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) involves risks such as market fluctuations, which can lead to partial or total losses of your invested capital. The sector-specific ETFs may lack diversification, increasing vulnerability to economic changes. Additionally, tracking errors may cause the ETF's performance to deviate from its underlying index, potentially reducing returns. Dividends, returns and profits are not guaranteed. Fractional shares don't benefit from voting rights, have transferability limitations and may be subject to additional risks like custody and liquidity risks. When investing in securities listed in a foreign currency, you may incur a fee when exchanging your money. Your final return will also depend on the currency conversion rate, which could reduce your returns if you convert them back into your desired currency. Please assess your financial situation carefully and consider seeking independent advice before investing. We do not provide investment advice.
