About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe.

They can do it all. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach, using their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed 🚀

Our Scaled Service Associates act as the bridge between sales and compliance, and help streamline and speed up the onboarding process of new high-value customers, whilst ensuring an excellent customer onboarding experience. The ideal candidate gets to deploy their problem-solving skills and manage the on-boarding process per the designed workflows.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting like a knowledge centre and a consultant for the sales team to contribute to their success
  • Activating new businesses faster by liaising directly with the sales team and internal stakeholders
  • Working with the operations team to drive continuous improvement of our processes and sales team targeting

What you'll need

  • 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment
  • Availability to work the afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm CET
  • Proficiency in following workflows accurately
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
  • A proactive, customer-centric attitude
  • Demonstrated emotional resilience and tenacity
  • Strong business acumen

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with financial crime procedures such as Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), and screening protocols
  • Prior experience in Business Customer Support (B2B)
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Fluency in any other European language
