An Employer of Record (EOR) is a third-party provider that enables you to hire full-time employees in countries where you don’t have a legal entity. Through GlobalHire, you can access EOR services delivered by our partners. They handle payroll, contracts, taxes, and local compliance, while you manage the employee’s day-to-day work.
While you manage your team’s day-to-day work, GlobalHire handles the employment setup and administration through our EOR service. You set their responsibilities, working hours, goals, and career path. We take care of contracts, statutory benefits, salary payments, and local compliance, ensuring everything is handled correctly and on time.
GlobalHire is a platform provided by Revolut that enables businesses to manage international employment via our licensed Employer of Record (EOR) partners.
Through the GlobalHire platform, you can access a range of services delivered by our partners, including:

This is ideal for long-term, full-time roles where you want stability and control. With GlobalHire, EOR hiring is simple, fast, and compliant, and you don't need to set up a local entity.
Hiring contractors means the individuals are self-employed and not entitled to employee protections like paid leave or severance. You can engage them directly without an EOR, but misclassifying someone working full-time hours under your direction may lead to compliance risks and penalties.
